THE CITY COUnCIL OF THE CrTYOF AUBURN DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 718 of the ordinanoes of the City of Auburn entitled ".An ordinanoe direoting the bringing a.nd proseoution of actions in the Superior Court of the State of Washington, for the County of King, to foreclose the liens of oertain delinquent local improvement assessments or installments or insta.llment thereof levied by the City ot Auburn.", be and the same hereby is amended sO that as amended said Seotion 1 shall read as follows: "Section 1. That the City Treasurer of the City of Auburn be, a.nd he hereby is, instructed and directed to, on or before the 1st day of NOV'em- ber, 1932, initiate proceedings on behalf of said city in the manner provided by Seotion 9386 of Remington I s Compiled statutes of Washington, 1922, a8 amended by Section 5 of Chapter 2'75 of the laws of Washington, of the year 192"1, to foreolose the liens of all looal improvement assessments of the City of Auburn upon property upon whioh two or more installment 19 thereof shall be delinquent on the 1st day ot January, 1952, or upon whioh the tinal installment there- of shall be delinquent for mare than one year on the 1st day of January, 1932, or upon whioh the entire assessment when payable 'l.l.tld.er the "immediate payment plan" shall be delinquent for mere than one year on the first day of Ja.nuary, 1932, and with suoh legal assistanoe as the City Council may provide, to proceed with suoh foreclosure in the manner provided by said section 9386 as amended as afore~id. Seotion 2. That Section 2 of said Ordinance No. '718 be and the same hereby is amended SO that as amended said Section 2 shall read as follows: "Seotion 2.
