V/HEREAS~ notice of public hearing to vacate the portion of the alley situate East of
"A~ Street S.E.~ int~ediately south of lOth St. S.E., within the corpora~te limits of the
'Cit.y of Auburn, In the time and manner provided by law, gi~lng notice that the hearing
on said Resolution was to be held on the 20th day of January, 1969, at 8:00 P.S. In the
Co=ncil Chambers of the City Hall of the City of Aubur% and no objections thereto were
filed with the City Clerk or presented to the Cit~ Council at said hearing; and~
li~HEREAS, the City Council, having deemed that fha petition for vacation was proper
and t~at no vested rights would be affected by the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBL1RN, WASHINGTO~ DO ORDAIN AS
Section I. That the following described portion of an alley situate East of "A"
Street S.E., immediately south of lOth Street S.E., within the corporal~e limits of'the
