AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING SECTION 20 OF AUBURN
CITY ORpINANCE N0. 2259 (SEPTEMBER 3, 1968) RELATING TO THE
PERFORMANCE BOND OF C.A.T.V.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Auburn City Ordinance No. 2259 (September 3, 1968), Section
20, which reads as follows:
"PERFORMANGE BOND. A performance bond in the sum Qf $10,400, .
con itioned upon the faithful perform.ance of the terms and
conditions of its franchise permit shall be pasted wl,th the
City by each Company granted a franchise psrmi.t hereunder,
which bond shall provide for recovery by the C1ty against
the bond in case of said Company's failure to perform any
of the terms and conditions required to 6e performed by said
Company pursuant to this Ordinance.°
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"PERFORMANCE BOND. A performance bond in the sum of $1,000, conditioned
upon the faithful performance of the terms and conditions of its franchise permit
shall be posted with the City by each Company granted`a franchise permit hereunder,
which bond shall provide for recovery by the City against the bond in case of said
Company's faalure to perform any of the terms and conditions required to be performed
by said Company pursuant to this Ordinance."
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
