AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING SUB SECTION (8) OF
AUBURN CODIFIED CITY ORDINANCE 4.10.240 (ORDINANCE N0. 2897--
JULY 7, 1975) ALTERING THE CHARGES FOR COLLECTION OF GARBAGE
FOR RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL GARBAGE COLLECTION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That portion of Auburn Codified City Ordinance 4.10.240
(Ordinance No. 2897--July 7, 1975) which reads as follows:
"Collection charges---rates. Upon the next full billing by
t e Au urn Finance Department after the effective date of
this Ordinance, the monthly rates to be charged by the City
for residential or commercial garbage collection shall be
as follows:
(8) Twenty-five (25) to fifty (50) cubic yard
containers ...................................1.20 per cubic
yard"
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Cqllection charqes---rates. Upan the next full billing by
the Auburn Finance Department after the effective date of
this Ordinance, the monthly rates to be charged by the City
for residential or commercial garbage collection shall be
as follows:
(8) Twenty-five (25) through fifty (50) cubic yard
containers ...................................1.20 per cubic _

Seetion 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
