AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING SECTION 4 OF AUBURN
CITY ORDINANCES 2593 (PASSED NOVEMBER 1, 1971), 2607 (PASSED DECEMBER
20, 1971), 2643 (PASSED JUNE 19, 1972),2613 (PASSED SEPTEMBER 5, 1972),
2700 (PASSED JANt1ARY 2, 1973) and 2838 (PASSED SEPTEMBER 16, 1974)
CREATING LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRTCTS 265, 266, 271, 274, 276 and 285.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS: .
Section 1. Section 4 of Auburn City Ordinances 2593, 2607, 2643, 2613,
2700 and 2838, which reads as follows:
"All of the costs and expenses of all engineering, legal, in-
spection, advertising, publication and notices, and all other
exptnses incident thereto, shall be levied and assessed against
all of the property legally and properly assessable therefor,
as pY6Vided by the laws of the State of Washington and the
Ordinances of the City of Auburn. The City shall not be liable
in any manner for any portion of the cost and expenses of said
improvements."
be amended to read as follows:
"Section 4. Applicable costs and expenses of all engineering, legal,
inspection, advertising, publication and notices, and all other
expenses incident thereto, shall be levied and assessed against all
of the property legally and properly assessable therefor, as provided
by the laws of the State of Washington and the Ordinances of the City
of Auburn."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
