AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON A PARCEL OF LAND LYING SOUTH OF 29TH
STREET SOUTHEAST IN THE 900 BLOCK, WITHIN THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, CHANGING TNE ZONING CLASSIFICATION THEREOF FROM
M-2 TO R-TP.
WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted to the Council of the City of
~ Auburn, Washington, by STEPHEN A. HYNES, requesing the rezoning of the real property
F) hereinafter described in Section 1 of this Ordinance, which petition was dated

Q December 30, 1975; and
WHEREAS, said request above referred to, was referred to the Planning
Corrmission by the Auburn City Council for study and public hearing thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider said
petition in the City Hall of the City of Auburn, at 8:00 P.M. on February 3, 1976,
at the conclusion of which the Commission recorrnnended the approval of the a^ezoning
of the said property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Auburn held a public hearing
in the City Hall of the City of Auburn at 8:00 P.M. on March 1, 1976, at which
time the City Council concurred with the recommendations of the Planning Commission
as hereinabove stated;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described property located on 29th Street
Southeast in the 900 Block, situate in the City of Auburn, County of King, State of
Washington, be and the same is hereby rezoned from M-2 (Heavy Industrial) to R-TP
(Mobile Home Park), to-wit:
The West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 af the
Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 30, Township
21 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County, Washington.

Section 2. That the amendment to the

City of Auburn encompassing this zoning use classification change, which amendment
is designated as Exhibit "A".hereof, be and the same is hereby approved.
Section 3. That the City Clerk of the City of Auburn, is hereby authorized
and directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the King County Auditor's

Section 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five
