~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF
A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT 805 "F" STREET SOUTHEAST, SITUATE
WITHIN THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, CHANGING THE ZONTNG

WHEREAS, a petition dated February 6, 1976, together with plot plans
and exterior elevations therefor has been submitted to the Council of the City

a of Auburn, by HOWARD E. BROWN, requesting a Conditional Use Permit which would

Q allow for the construction of a six (6) unit apartment building on a parcel of
~
land .located at 805 "F" Street Southeast, within the City of Auburn, Washington,

which property hereinafter described in Section 1 of this Ordinance and which
~ property presently carries a C-1 (Light Commercial) classification; and
WHEREAS, said request above referred to was referred by the City Council
to the City Planning Commission for study and public hearing thereon; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the
request in the City Ha11 of the City of Auburn, at 7:30 P.M. on March 2, 1976,
and subsequent thereta the City Planning Comission approved the issuance of the
Conditional Use Permit, finding that the proposed use illustrated by the site
development plans of the petitioner would not be unduly detrimental to the adjacent
and surrounding properties and the enjoyment thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Auburn held a public hearing to
consider said petition in the City Hall of the City of Auburn at 8:00 P.M. on
April 5, 1976, at the conclusion of which the City Counci1 concurred with the
recommendations of the Planning Commission as hereinabove stated;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CZTY COUNCZL OF THE CITY OF AUSURN, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a Conditional Use Permit be granted for the purpose of
constructing a six (6) unit apartment building on the following described property,
to-wit:

King County Washington, situated in the City of Auburn,
County of King, State of Washington.
in accordance with the plot plans and exterior elevations for said development
submitted with the request for~j:. O:onal Use Permity a copy of which is attached

set forth herein in full.
~ Section 2. That the plot plans and exterior elevations be attached to

Auditor's Office.
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five
