AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT SCHEDULE "A" WHICH
RELATES TO THE CITY OF AUBURN 1991 BUDGET REALLOCATION OF
VARIOUS FUNDS PURSUANT TO RCW 35A.33.120.

WHEREAS, the Auburn City Council at its regular meeting
of December 17, 1990, adopted Ordinance No. 4473 which adopted

the City of Auburn 1991 budget; and

WHEREAS, the City of Auburn at its regular meeting of
August 19, 1991 adopted Ordinance No. 4510 which authorized

1991 budget reallocation of funds in various accounts in
12
several funds of the 1991 budget; and
WHEREAS, the City of Auburn deems it necessary to
13
14
reallocate several year-end funds of the 1991 budget.

NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

section 1. The Mayor of the City of Auburn, Washington,
is herewith authorized to accept Schedule "A" relating to the
reallocation of funds in several funds of the 1991 budget
pursuant to RCW 35A.33.120. A copy of said Schedule "A" is on
file with the City Clerk and available for public inspection.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
out the directions of this legislation.
