AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING THE
LEGAL DESCRIPTION SET FORTH IN SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 4546
PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST
SIDE OF DOGWOOD STREET S.E. IN THE 1300-1400 BLOCKS, WITHIN
THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Seation 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 4546 passed March
2, 1992 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Seation 2.
The property located on the west
side of Dogwood Street S.E. in the 1300-1400 blocks,
legally described as follows, situate in the City of
Auburn, County of King, State of Washington, be and
the same is hereby rezoned from R-l (Single Family)
to P-l
(Public Use District)
togetherwith a
Comprehensive Plan Map amendment from Single Family
to Public and Quasi Public:
The «ee~~fteðe~» southwest quarter of the
northeast quarter of Section «i!%» Å.Q,
Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M. in
King County, Washington, except north 60
feet thereof, except west «%865» 186.5
feet thereof, except east 30 feet thereof,
and except that portion thereof platted as
Skycrest Terrace, according to plat
recorded in Volume 65 of Plats, page 92,
in King County.

Section 2. Upon the passage, approval and publication of
this Ordinance as provided by law, the City Clerk of the City
of AUburn shall cause this Ordinance to be recorded in the
