The Land Division Ordinance permits a private street within a Short Plat to be dedicated if the Planning Director finds that the easement would provide for desirable through connection between two public streets pursuant to Section 17.14.100(f) (1) (b) of the Land Division Ordinance. 10. The Planning Director has concluded the proposed easement would be a desirable through connection and accordingly dedication should be required. 11.
