CODIFIED CITY ORDINANCE 13.04.360 PERTAINING TO CITY OF AUBURN
WATER RATES.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Generally" of the Auburn City Code, be amended as follows:

13.04.360 Rates - Generally.
Effective the first billing of January «:992» 1993, the
monthly rates for water supplied by meter shall be as
follows:

Provided, however, that thirty-seven perc<ent shall be
added to all rates for water delivered out:;ide the city
limits. City of Auburn utility taxes are included in the
monthly rate.

section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement

such administrative procedures as may be necese;ary to carry

out the directions of this legislation.

This Ordinance shall take effe,ct and be in

force five days from and after its passage, approval and

publication as provided by law.
