HomeMy WebLinkAbout4611 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 CiTY CLERKS OFFICE CITY OF AUBURN 25 West Main Auburn, WA 98001 ORDINANCE NO. 4 6 '~ ~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF LAKELAND HILLS DIVISION NO. 5 LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEASTERLY PORTION OF LAKELAND HILLS DEVELOPMENT, WITHIN THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT ON FILE WITH THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF AUBURN. WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Auburn City Council held on February 16, 1993, the Auburn City Council approved the Final Plat of Lakeland Hills, Division No. 5 subdivision, Application No. PLT0032-85, based on the following: FINDINGS OF FACT The Final Plat as submitted is in compliance with the Preliminary Plat approved by Resolution No. 1928 and all applicable conditions have been met. Lakeland Hills, Division No. 5 is a 47-1ot single family subdivision located in the southeasterly portion of Lake Hills development. The Final Plat is in compliance with the Zoning and Land Division Ordinance and is consistent with the City's engineering standards. The majority of the public improvements have been constructed and accepted by the City of Auburn. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW The Final Plat is in compliance and in conformity with applicable Zoning and Land Division Ordinances and other applicable land use controls. The Plat meets the requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW. Based on the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 8eotlon ~. The Plat of Lakeland Hills, Division No. 5, located in the southeasterly portion of Lakeland Hills development, within the City of Auburn, Washington, which Plat is on file with the City Clerk of the City of Auburn, and which plat is legally described on the attached Exhibit "A", is hereby approved. 8eoti~n 2. Pursuant to the RCW 58.17.170, the final plat conforms to all terms of the preliminary plat approval and complies with all requirements applicable state and local laws. 8sotio~ $. Upon the passage, this Ordinance as provided by law, of Chapter 58.17 RCW and approval and publication of the City Clerk of the City of Auburn shall cause this Ordinance to be recorded in the office of the King County Auditor. Se~tlo~ 4. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation.
