AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
AUBURN CITY CODE CHAPTER 10.36 BY ADDING A NEW SUB-SECTION TO
COMMERCIAL LOADING ZONES WITHIN THE CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

The purpose of this ordinance is to
Chapter 10.36 entitled "Stopping,
Standing and Parking", by adding a new subsection (H) to
Section 10.36.490 entitled "Commercial loading zones
designated".

to Section 10.36.490 as delineated in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and incorporated herein.

10.36.490 commercial loading zones designated.
The following are commercial loading zones:
A. 2nd Street Southeast, south side, from a point sixty-
eight feet east of the east marginal line of South
Division Street, a distance of forty-five feet east;
B. "B" Street Southeast, west side, northerly of the first
alley south of East Main Street and extending north forty
feet; provided, however, this commercial loading zone
shall be enforced only from eight a.m. until twelve noon;
C. "B" Street Southwest, east side, immediately south of
West Main Street, beginning at a point twenty feet south
of the south marginal line of West Main Street, thence
southerly a distance of forty feet;
E. North Division Street, east side, beginning approximately
twenty-five feet north of the north curbline of East Main
Street and continuing north forty feet; provided,
however, this commercial loading zone designation shall
be in force only from twelve noon to four p.m.
"E" Street Northeast beginning at a point forty feet
north of the north curb line of East Main Street
extending north twenty feet.
