AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
AUBURN CITY CODE CHAPTER 10.36 BY ADDING A NEW SUB-SECTION TO
PASSENGER LOADING ZONES WITHIN THE CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Seotion 1. PURPOSE. The purpose of this ordinance is to
amend Auburn City Code Chapter 10.36 entitled "Stopping,
(L) to
zones
Standing and Parking", by adding a new subsection
Section .10.36.500 entitled "Passenger loading
designated".
Seotlon 2. The City Council hereby adopts subsection (H)
to Section 10.36.490 as delineated in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and incorporated herein.
Seotion 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
out the directions of this legislation.
Seotion 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five days from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.

10.36.500 Passenger loading zones.
The following are passenger loading zones:
4th Street Northeast, north side, beginning at a point
thirty feet west of the west marginal line of "H" Street,
thence west eighty-eight feet.
East Main Street, south side, beginning at a point thirty
feet east of the east curbline of "F" Street Southeast
thence east twenty-five feet.
East Main Street north side beginning at the east
curbline of "G" Street Southeast east one hundred fifteen
feet.
"M" Street
five feet
Southeast, west eide, beginning at a point
south of the south curbline of 23rd Street
Southeast extended, thence north eight-four feet to the
beginning, thence north sixty-five feet, during the hours
of eight a.m. to four p.m. on regular school days.
E. Beginning one hundred feet north of the north curbline of
4th Street Northeast, thence north forty-four feet on the
east side of "H" Street Northeast, during the hours from
eight a.m. to five p.m., Monday through Sunday.
F_~. "D" Street Northwest, west side beginning two hundred
thirty-seven feet north of the north curbline of West
Main Street and continuing north one hundred twenty feet.
