AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
AUBURN CITY CODE CHAPTER 10.36 BY ADDING TWO NEW SUB-SECTIONS
TO PROHIBITED PARKING AREAS WITHIN THE CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. PURPOSE. The purpose of this ordinance is to
amend Auburn City Code Chapter 10.36 entitled "Stopping,
Standing and Parking", by adding two new subsections to
Section 10.36.310 entitled "Prohibited Parking Areas-Southeast
Auburn".
Section 2. The
subsections to Section
City Council hereby adopts two new
10.36.310 as delineated in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
out the directions of this legislation.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five days from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.

Southeast Auburn prohibited parking areas are as follows:
"F" Street Southeast, west side. beainnina
at the northerly curbline of 2nd Street
Southeast to a Point one hundred fifty
feet north of the 2nd Street Southeast
curbline.
"F" Street Southeast, west side, beginninq
at the southerly curbline of 2nd Street
Southeast to a Point one hundred feet
south of the 2nd Street Southeast
curbline.
