ORDINANCE NO. 4 6 7 8
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF "PARK 277" LOCATED
SOUTH OF 277TH SOUTH, WITHIN THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Auburn City
Council held on May 16, 1994, the City Council considered
Application No. PLT0003-92, known as "Park 277" and then
referred the Plat to the Public Works Committee for further
study and review; and
WHEREAS, on May 23, 1994, after study and review, the
Public Works Committee reviewed the Final Plat of "Park 277"
and recommended approval by entire City Council; .and
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Auburn City
Council held on June 6, 1994, the Auburn City Council approved
the Final Plat of "Park 277" subdivision, Application No.
PLT0003-92, based on the following:

FINDINGS OF FACT
The Final Plat as submitted is in colapliance
with the Preliminary Plat approved by
Resolution No. 2439 and all applicable
conditions have been met. "Park 277" is a 6-
lot industrial subdivision, 83.62 acres in size
located on the south side of South 277tb.
The Final Plat is in compliance with the Zoning
and Land Division Ordinance and is consistent
with the City's engineering standards.
Ail of the required improvements have been
constructed and accepted by the City of Auburn.

CONCLUBIONB OF LAW
The Final Plat is in compliance and in
conformity with applicable Zoning and Land
Division Ordinances and other applicable land
use controls.
2. The Plat is consistent with the Comprehensive
Plan.
3. The Plat meets the requirements of Chapter
58.17 RCW.
Based on the foregoing Findings of Fact and
of Law,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Bection I. The Plat of Park 277, a
subdivision containing 83.62 acres, located
of South 277th, within the City of Auburn,
Conclusions
OF AUBURN,
6-lot industrial
on the south side
Washington, which
Plat is on file with the City Clerk of the City of Auburn, and
which plat is legally described as follows, is hereby approved
based on the above stated Findings of Fact and Conclusions of
Law which are hereby adopted.
That portion of the William A. Cox
donation land claim in Section 36,
Township 22 North, Range 4 East, W.H.,
lying west of the Northern Pacific Railway
right-of-way and east of the Chicago.
EXCEPT THAT portion conveyed to King
County for South 285th Street by deed
under King County Recording No. 859519.

AND EXCEPT that portion conveyed to King
County for South 277th Street recorded

Situate in the City of Auburn, County of
King, State of Washington.
Seotion z~ Pursuant to the RCW 58.17.170, the final plat
conforms to all terms of the preliminary plat approval and
complies with all requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW and
applicable state and local laws.
Seotion 3. Upon the passage,
this Ordinance as provided by law,
approval and p~ublication of
the City Clerk of the City
of Auburn shall cause this Ordinance to be recorded in the
office of the King County Auditor.
8eotion 4. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
out the directives of this legislation.
Seotion 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
