Lakeland Hills, <br />Division No. 7 is a 67-1ot single family <br />subdivision located north of Division No. 5 and <br />west of Division No. 6. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />The Final Plat is in compliance with the Zoning <br />and Land Division Ordinance and is consistent <br />with the City,s engineering standards. <br /> <br />The majority of the public improvements have <br />been constructed and accepted by the City of <br />Auburn. <br /> <br />me <br /> <br />CONCLUSIONS OF LAW <br /> <br />The Final Plat is in compliance and in <br />conformity with applicable Zoning and Land <br />Division Ordinances and other applicable land <br />use controls. <br /> <br />The Plat is consistent with the Comprehensive <br />Plan. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 4723 <br />December 22, 1994 <br />Page 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
