AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
CODIFIED CITY ORDINANCE CHAPTER 2.09, ENTITLE[) "CITY CLERK"
BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 2.09.025 ENTITLED "FEES FOR COPY OF
AUBURN CITY CODE BOOK AND SUPPLEMENTS".
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A new Auburn City Code Section 2.09.025 is
hereby added to Auburn City Code Chapter 2.09 and shall read
as follows:
2.09.025 Fees for copy of Auburn City- Code Book and
supplements.
For the furniehing of a copy of the Auburn City Code
Book with the latest supplement, a fee of $98.50 per
code book. Supplements to the Auburn City Code Book
will be furnished for a fee of $9.50 per copy. Fees
shall be paid to the City Clerk prior to the
requestor receiving a copy of the Auburn City Code
Book or supplement. This section may be amended in
the future by a fee resolution. A councilperson
shall be allowed to have one (1) copy' of the Code
during term of office at no cost.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
out the directions of this legislation.
Bection 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five days from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
