Chinook Park Estates <br />is a 9-lot multi-family subdivision located <br />east of Chinook Elementary School on the north <br />side of Auburn Way South in the 3600-3700 <br />block. <br /> <br />The Final Plat is in compliance with the Zoning <br />and Land Division Ordinance and is consistent <br />with the City's engineering standards. <br /> <br />The majority of the public improvements have <br />been constructed and accepted by the City of <br />Auburn. <br /> <br />CONCLUSIONS OF LAW <br /> <br />me <br /> <br />The Final Plat is in compliance and in <br />conformity with applicable Zoning and Land <br />Division Ordinances and other applicable land <br />use controls. <br /> <br />The Plat is consistent with the Comprehensive <br />Plan. <br /> <br />The Plat meets the requirements of Chapter <br />58.17 RCW. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 4747 <br />May 23, 1995 <br />Page 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
