AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, ~
WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF "CHINOOK PARK ESTATES" ~
LOCATED IN 3600-3700 BLOCK OF AUBURN WAY SOUTH, WITHIN THE ~=
CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON· ~:
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Auburn City
Council held on May 15, 1995, the Auburn City Council approved
the Final Plat of CHINOOK PARK ESTATES, Application No.
PLT0003-93, based on the following:
FINDING8 OF FACT
The Final Plat as submitted is in compliance
with the Preliminary Plat approved by
Resolution No. 2522 and all applicable
conditions have been met. Chinook Park Estates
is a 9-lot multi-family subdivision located
east of Chinook Elementary School on the north
side of Auburn Way South in the 3600-3700
block.
The Final Plat is in compliance with the Zoning
and Land Division Ordinance and is consistent
with the City's engineering standards.
The majority of the public improvements have
been constructed and accepted by the City of
Auburn.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

The Final Plat is in compliance and in
conformity with applicable Zoning and Land
Division Ordinances and other applicable land
use controls.
The Plat is consistent with the Comprehensive
Plan.
The Plat meets the requirements of Chapter
58.17 RCW.

Based on the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conolusions,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
e t~ The Plat of Chinook Park Estates, located
east of Chinook Elementary School on the north side of Auburn
Way South in the 3600-3700 block, within the City of Auburn,
Washington, which Plat is on file with the City Clerk of the
City of Auburn, and which plat is legally described on the
face of the Final Plat, is hereby approved.
~ Pursuant to RCW 58.17.170, the flnal plat
conforms to all terms of the preliminary plat approval and
complies with all requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW and
applicable state and local laws.
~ Upon the passage, approval and publication of
this Ordinance as provided by law, the City Clerk of the City
of Auburn shall cause this Ordinance to be recorded in the
office of the King County Auditor.
~ The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
out the directives of this legislation.
~ This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
