AUBURN CITY CODE CHAPTER 13.48 STORM DRAINAGE UTILITY,
RELATING TO PAYBACK AGREEMENTS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
