AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON AMENDING AUBURN
CITY CODE SECTION 15.32.010 ENTITLED "ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
ADOPTED" CONTAINED IN CHAPTER 15.32 ENTITLED "SIGN CODE" BY
ADOPTING THE 1994 UNIFORM SIGN CODE.

THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF
the City of Auburn desires to amend Auburn City
"Additional Provisions
entitled "Sign Code" to
THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. PURPOSE. The purpose of this ordinance is to
amend Auburn City Code Section 15.32.010 entitled "Additional
Provisions Adopted" contained in Chapter 15.32 entitled "Sign
of the Auburn
Exhibit "A"
Code" to adopt the 1994 Uniform Sign Code.
Section 2. ANENDMENTS. Sections 15.32.010
City Code shall be amended as set forth in
attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Section 3. 8EVERABILITY. Should any section,
subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this
ordinance be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any
reason, such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portions of this ordinance.

15.32.030 Sign permit - City's revocation right.
All rights and privileges acquired under tlhe provisions
of this chapter, or any amendments hereto, are imere licenses
revocable at any time by the city council, and all such
permits shall contain this provision.
15.32.040 Sign permit - Revocation.
The building inspector is authorized and empowered to
revoke any permit issued by him upon failure of 'the holder to
comply with any provision of this chapter.
15.32.050 Appeal and appeal procedures.
The appeal and appeal procedures contained in Chapter
15.08 ACC and any future amendments thereto are adopted by
reference and incorporated in this chapter.
