AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF A 2-LOT SUBDIVISION
LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF "A" STREET SE, IN THE 4200 BLOCK,
WITHIN THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Auburn City Council
held on November 20, 1995, the Auburn City Council approved the
Final Plat of Bottemiller's Addition to Auburn, Application No.
PLT0004-95, based on the following:
FINDINGS OF FACT
The Final Plat as submitted is in compliance with the
Preliminary Plat approved by Resolution No. 2675 and
all applicable conditions have been met.
Bottemiller's Addition to Auburn is a 2-lot
subdivision located on the west side of "A" Street
SE, in the 4200 block.
The Final Plat is in compliance with the Zoning and
Land Division Ordinances and is consistent with the
City's engineering standards.
Ail public facilities necessary to serve the Final
Plat are available and no additional construction is
necessary.
CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
The Final Plat is in compliance and in
with applicable Zoning and Land Division
and other applicable land use controls.

Based on the foregoing Findings of
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Fact and Conclusions,
OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
Beotion X. The Plat of Bottemiller's Addition to Auburn,
located on the west side of "A" Street SE in the 4200 block,
within the City of Auburn, Washington, which Plat is on file
with the City Clerk of the City of Auburn, and which plat is
legally described on the face of the Final Plat, is hereby
approved.
seotion Z. Pursuant to RCW 58.17.170, the Final Plat
conforms to all terms of the preliminary plat approval and
complies with all requirements
applicable state and local laws.
Section 3. Upon the passage,
this Ordinance as provided by law,
of Chapter 58.17 RCW and
approval and publication of
the city Clerk of the City
of Auburn shall cause this Ordinance to be recorded in the
office of the King County Auditor.
Seotion 4. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out
the directives of this legislation.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
fOrce five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
