AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, ESTABLISHING A
REVOLVING PETTY CASH FUND IN THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS
FOR THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE.
WHEREAS, the City Clerk's Office receipts in monies
received for various applications and fees submitted to the
City of Auburn; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk's Office needs a petty cash fund
from which it can make change for individuals submitting
applications and/or fees to its office.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Seotion 1. PURPOSE. The purpose of this ordinance is
to establish a revolving petty cash

Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
out the directives of this legislation.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force no sooner than five (5) days from and after its passage,
approval and publication, as provided by law.
