HomeMy WebLinkAbout4826 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 ll 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 ORDINANCE 4 8 2 6 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, ESTABLISHING A REVOLVING PETTY CASH FUND IN THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE. WHEREAS, the City Clerk's Office receipts in monies received for various applications and fees submitted to the City of Auburn; and WHEREAS, the City Clerk's Office needs a petty cash fund from which it can make change for individuals submitting applications and/or fees to its office. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Seotion 1. PURPOSE. The purpose of this ordinance is to establish a revolving petty cash Auburn Clerk's Office. Section 2. There is herewith petty cash fund of One Hundred of the City of Auburn Clerk's Finance Director, or his or her the City Clerk, or his or her designee, fund from time to time for expenditures fund for the City of established a revolving Dollars ($100.00) for the use Office.
