LEGAL DESCRIPTION AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO.
4 4780 RELATING TO ANNEXING TO THE CITY PROPERTY TOTALLING 18
ACRES LOCATED SOUTH OF SO. 280TH ST. A/qD EAST OF "B" ST. NW
5 AND CONTIGUOUS TO THE NORTHERN CITY LIMITS.

ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

~ Section 1 of Auburn City Ordinance No. 4780,

passed August 7, 1995, is hereby amended to read as follows:

~ That there shall be annexed to the City of
Auburn, Washington, the property situated in the County of
King, State of Washington, legally described as follows:

15 That portion of the east half of Section
36, Township 22 North, Range 4 East W.M.,
1~ and the west half of Section 31, Township
22 North, Range 5 East W.M., King County,
]7 Washington, described as follows:
18 Beginning on a point on the Auburn City
~9 limits as established by City of Auburn
Ordinance No. 4347, said point being the
southwest corner of lot 23 of White River
20 Valley Home Tracts as recorded in Volume

Washington; thence east along said City
Limits established by Ordinance No. 4347 a
