AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4204 INCREASING THE AUBURN
FIRE DEPARTMENT PETTY CASH FUND FROM ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS
TO TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
~ Auburn City Ordinance No. 4204, passed
February 17, 1987, is hereby amended to increase the Auburn
Fire Department petty cash fund from One Hundred Fifty Dollars
to Two Hundred Fifty Dollars.
~ The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
out the directives of this legislation.
~ This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication, as provided by law.
