WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF LAKELAND HILLS,

DIVISION NO. 14, PHASE II, LOCATED NORTH OF 53RD ST. SE WITHIN
5 LAKELAND HILLS ACCORDING TO THE PLAT ON FILE WITH THE CLERK OF
THE CITY OF AUBURN.

W~EREAS, at the regular meeting of the Auburn City

Council held on April 7, 1997, the Auburn City Council
9
approved the Final Plat of LAKELAND HILLS, DIVISION NO. 14,
]1 PHASE II, Application No. PLT0005-90, based on the following:

1 The Final Plat as submitted is in compliance
15 '
with the Preliminary Plat approved by
16 Resolution No. 2640 and all applicable
conditions have been met. Lakeland Hills,
17 Division 14, Phase II, is a 23-1ot single
18 family subdivision located north of 53rd ST. SE
and east of Lakeland Hills Way.

2. The Final Plat is in compliance with the Zoning
20 and Land Division Ordinance and is consistent
with the City's engineering standards.

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
1. The Final Plat is in compliance and in
conformity with applicable Zoning and Land
Division Ordinances and other applicable land

use controls.

2. The Plat is consistent with the Comprehensive
Plan.

3. The Plat meets the requirements of 'Chapter
8 58.17 RCW.
9 Based on the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions,

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

~ The Plat of Lakeland Hills, Division No. 14,

14 Phase II, a 23-1ot single family subdivision located north of
15 53rd ST. SE and east of Lakeland Hills Way within the City of
Auburn, Washington, which Plat is on file with the City Clerk
of the City of Auburn, and which plat is legally described on

]9 the face of the Final Plat, attached as Exhibit "A", is hereby
20 approved.
2! ~ Pursuant to RCW 58.17.170, the final plat

conforms to all terms of the preliminary plat approval and
23
complies with all requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW and
25 applicable state and local laws.

~ Upon the passage, approval and publication of

3 this Ordinance as provided by law, the City Clerk 6f the City
4 of Auburn shall cause this Ordinance to be recorded in the
5 office of the King County Auditor.
6 ~ The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement

such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
8
out the directives of this legislation.

]0 ~ This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
11 force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
]2 publication, as provided by law.
