The Final Plat as submitted is in compliance 15 with the Preliminary Plat approved by ~ 16 Resolution No. 2640 and all applicable ~ conditions have been met. Lakeland Hills, · 4 17 Division 13 is a 65 lot single family f9 subdivision located in the southwest corner of ~4 18 ~ the Lakeland Hills development. ~ 19 ~%" 2. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW 2 1. The Final Plat is in compliance and in 3 conformity with applicable Zoning and Land Division Ordinances and other applicable land 4 use controls. 5 2. The Plat is consistent with the Comprehensive 6 Plan. 7 3. The Plat meets the requirements of 'Chapter 8 58.17 RCW. 9 Based on the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions, ]0 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 12 ~ The Plat of Lakeland Hills, Division No. 13, 13 14 a 65-1ot single family subdivision located in the southwest 15 corner of the Lakeland Hills development within the City of Auburn, Washington, which Plat is on file with the City Clerk of the City of Auburn, and which plat is legally described on !8 19 the face of the Final Plat, attached as Exhibit "A", is hereby 20 approved. 21 ~ Pursuant to RCW 58.17.170, the final plat conforms to all terms of the preliminary plat approval and complies with all requirements of Chapter 58.17 RCW and 24 25 applicable state and local laws.
