WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Auburn desires to accept the donation by RONALD E. BLOOM of a 1938 Pirsch Fire Engine valued at $4,995.00 for restoration as a museum/parade vehicle; and WHEREAS, the City of donation is for a public the City; THE CITY Auburn has determined that such purpose and in the best interest of COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. BOOTH, Mayor, as authorized by RCW 35A.11.040. The Auburn City Council has determined and declares that acceptance of the donation is for a public purpose and in the best interest of the CITY.
