AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ACCEPT
DONATION OF A 1938 FIRE ENGINE TO BE USED BY THE CITY OF
AUBURN FOR RESTORATION AS A MUSEUM/PARADE VEHICLE OR OTHER
PUBLIC PURPOSE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Auburn desires
to accept the donation by RONALD E. BLOOM of a 1938 Pirsch
Fire Engine valued at $4,995.00 for restoration as a
museum/parade vehicle; and

out the directions of this legislation.

ACCEPTANCE
The donation by RONALD E. BLOOM, of a 1938 Pirsch Fire
Engine valued at $4,995.00 for restoration as a museum/parade
vehicle and for use by the Auburn Fire Department is accepted
on behalf of the CITY OF AUBURN by CHARLES A. BOOTH, Mayor, as
authorized by RCW 35A.11.040.
The Auburn City Council has determined and declares that
acceptance of the donation is for a public purpose and in the
best interest of the CITY.
