HomeMy WebLinkAbout50761 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 ORDINANCE NO. 5 0 7 6 A~N ORDINA~NCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 4966 WHICH HAD AUTHORIZED THE CONDEMNATION FOR THE PURPOSES ,DF OBTAINING PROPERTY AND/OR PROPERTY RIGHTS FOR A WATER PUMP STATION IN THAT OTHER PROPERTY CURRENTLY BELONGED TO THE CITY WILL BE UTILIZED, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 5035 THAT CORRECTED THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE 4966. WHEREAS, the Auburn City condemnation action in Ordinance No. obtaining rights and/or real estate public water pump station; and WHEREAS, after the passage of the concluded that it could utilize property Council authorized a 4966 for the purposes of for the construction of a Ordinance the City owned for the pump Dismissal station and transmitted a Stipulation and Order of of the eminent domain action; and WHEREAS, attorney for the property owner requested this Ordinance, which repeals the prior Ordinance that authorized the condemnation. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation.
