A~N ORDINA~NCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, KING
COUNTY, WASHINGTON, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 4966 WHICH HAD
AUTHORIZED THE CONDEMNATION FOR THE PURPOSES ,DF OBTAINING
PROPERTY AND/OR PROPERTY RIGHTS FOR A WATER PUMP STATION IN
THAT OTHER PROPERTY CURRENTLY BELONGED TO THE CITY WILL BE
UTILIZED, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 5035 THAT CORRECTED THE
LEGAL DESCRIPTION SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE 4966.

NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance Nos. 4966 and 5035 are hereby
repealed in their entirety.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
out the directives of this legislation.
