AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, AMENDING AUBURN CITY CODE CHAPTER 2.72 ENTITLED
CEMETERY, SUBSECTION 2.72.300 ENTITLED CEMETERY FEES AND
CHARGES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Auburn City Code Chapter 2.72.300 entitled Cemetery Fees and
Charges is hereby amended setting forth Mountain View Cemetery fees and charges
effective May 10, 1999, as set forth in attached Exhibit "A", which is by this reference
made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administrative
procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this legislation.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days from
and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.

2.72.300 Cemetery fees and charges
All cemetery fees and charges shall be recommended by the board of cemetery commissioners
and approved by the city council, and shall remain in effect until a new schedule is approved by the
city council.
2.72.331 Mountain View Cemetery fees and charges.
The following fees and charges are established at the Mountain View Cemetery and shall take
effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by
law.
