HomeMy WebLinkAbout5467 ORDINANCE NO. 5467 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, FOR THE YEAR 2001. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. By approving the Ordinance, the City Council authorizes the unaffiliated employees compensation plan as established pursuant to Auburn City Code 2.88 be increased by three point five one percent (3.51%) for cost of living effective January 2001, and that the City continue to contribute toward health care premiums at the current ratio. Section3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this legislation. Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
