Assessor's Property Tax Parcel/Account Number 733140-0460 [] Assessor Tax # not yet assigned ORDINANCE NO. 5 8 2 0 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, EXTINGUISHING AND TERMINATING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT PROVIDED FOR IN ORDINANCE NUMBERS 4535 AND 4693 WHEREAS, pursuant to CUP 0007-91, dated October 7, 1991, the then owners of the real property located at 340 East Main Street, within the City of Auburn, applied for a conditional use permit to allow forty to seventy mechanical amusement devices as a part of a family oriented sports theme entertainment facility known as the Auburn Family Sports Center; and, WHEREAS, the ownership of the property in question has been conveyed, and the new owners wish to utilize the property for other purposes, so that the conditional use permit is no longer needed nor desired; and, WHEREAS, it is, therefore, appropriate that the conditional use permit granted pursuant to Ordinance numbers 4535 and 4693 be extinguished and terminated. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN as follows: Section 1. That the conditional use permit allowing between forty and seventy amusement devices as a part of the family oriented sports theme entertainment facility known as Auburn Family Sports Center, located at 340 East Main, Auburn, Washington, legally described as follows: Lots 27 through 30, inclusive, and Lot 32, Riverview Addition to Auburn, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Volume 9 of Plats, Ordinance No. 5820 Page 1 of 3 January 9, 2004 Page 90, in the official records of King County, Washington, EXCEPT that portion of said Lot 27 conveyed to the City of Auburn for street purposes by deed recorded under King County (Washington) recording number 7802070893, AND ALSO EXCEPT those portions of said Lots 30 and 32 conveyed to the City of Auburn for alley purposes by deed recorded under King County (Washington) recording number 2899234.
