HomeMy WebLinkAbout3590t ? . i ORDINANCE NO. 3 5 9 0 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING SECTION 5 OF AUBURN CITY ORDINANCE NO. 3562 (.PASSED DECEMBER 1, 1980) PROVIDING FOR THE CITY'S CONTRIBUTION TOWARD PAYING THE COSTS OF THE LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS BEING CONSOLIDATED, TO-WIT 295 ET AL. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 5 of Auburn City Ordinance No. 3562, passed December 1, 1980, providing for the City's contribution toward paying the costs of the local improvement districts being consolidated, to-wit, 295, et al, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 5. The City shall contribute toward paying the costs of each of the local improvement districts listed in Section 1. For those purposes the following amounts shall be transferred from the respective named fund to the local improvement district fund for the purpose of paying (together with money from assessment payments, including interest, if any, thereon deposited in those respective funds as of October 1, 1980 to December 22, 1980, and Bond proceeds deposited in those funds) the outstanding obligations of those funds: City Contribution Transferred From Transferred to Local Improvement District Fund No. (($ 61666-;9)) $ 9,478.52 Water Fund No. 430 295 (( 6146:35)) 6,179.11 Street Fund No. 101 296 (( 221364762)) 31,868:47 Water Fund No. 430 303 (( 63 632.-84)) 10,490.16 Water Fund No. 430 304 (( 41;23:94)) 7,650.80 Water Fund No. 430 307 In addition to the above'transfers'there.shall?be transferred to the CLID No. 295 et al. Escrow Fund, created by.Section 6, as a City contribution to the cost of financing the local improvement district improvements and the Bonds, 1.6% , , ',. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Ordinance No. 3590 Page One 12-24-80 of the amount required by Section 6 from the Street Fund No. 101, but in no event greater than $1,760, and 98.4% of the amount required by Section 6 from the Water/Sewer Operating Fund, but in no event greater than $108,240." Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five M days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
