AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, APPROVING, THE PLAT OF
AUBURN BUSINESS CENTER NORTH TO THE CITY OF AUBURN, ACCORDING
TO THE PLAT ON FILE WITH THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF AUBURN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS: {
Section 1. That the Plat of AUBURN BUSINESS CENTER NORTH located
on a parcel of land 31.9'acresj n size lying between the;West Valley
Highway and SR 167 (Valley Freeway) and 1200 feet north of 15th Street
N.W., to the City of Auburn, which plat is on file with the City Clerk
of Auburn, Washington, and which plat is a plat of the following described
property, to-wit:
The NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 except the 14 30 ft for
Road No. 69 as conveyed to King County by Auditors
File No. 694330 in Volume 746 of deeds page 576,
except that portion thereof condemned in King County
Superior Court Cause No. 718093 for State Highway SR
167; all in Section 12, Twp 21 N, R 4 EWM situated in
the County of King, State of Washington.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn, be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to sign a statement, written upon the
face of said plat, to the effect that said plat has been examined and approved
by this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.

of the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation and Code City, situate in
the County of King, State of Washington, do hereby certify that the fore-
going is a full, true and correct copy of Ordinance No. 3597 of the
ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHIIVION, APPROVING THE PLAT OF AUBURN BUSMS MTM NORTH
TO THE CITY OF AUBURN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT ON FnE WITH THE CLERK
OF THE CITY OF AUBURN.
I certify that said Ordinance No. 3597 was duly passed by the Council
and approved by the Mayor of the said City of Auburn, on the 2nd day of
FEBRUARY A.D., 1981 .
I further certify that said Ordinance No. 3597 was published as provided
by law in the Daily Globe News, a daily newspaper published in the City of
Auburn, and of general circulation therein, on the 2nd day of FEBRUARY
A.D., 19 81
