AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING AUBURN CODIFIED CITY
ORDINANCE-.12.030 RELATING TO THE OFFICE OF THE CITY ATTORNEY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN

Section 1. Auburn Codified City Ordinance 2.12.030, is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"2.12.030 Full-time employment status - Private practice prohibited.
The city attorney and the assistant city attorney shall be ((a))
full-time city ((e€€?eer)) officers and shall not be authorized
to engage in the practice of law in any manner whatsoever except
as and for the city in (-(q#e)) their capacity of city attorney
and assistant city attorney."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by
law.
