AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, TRANSFERRING $24,478.72
FROM FUND NO. 310 (CITY HALL CONSTRUCTION) TO FUND NO. 105
(GENERAL CUMULATIVE RESERVE) AS FULL REPAYMENT OF THE $25,000
(1977) INTERFUND LOAN FROM THE GENERAL CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUND
TO THE CITY HALL CONSTRUCTION FUND.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1 of Auburn City Ordinance No. 3583 (passed December
15, 1980) which reads as follows:
"Section 1. Effective December 31, 1980, City of Auburn funds as
hereinafter set forth.shall be dissolved, and the remaining fund balances
shall be transferred to the funds listed below:

107 Off Street Parking 001 Current Expense (Parking Reserve)
117 Auburn Beautification 001 Current Expense (Beautification
Reserve)

is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. Effective December 31, 1980, City of Auburn Funds as
hereinafter set forth shall be dissolved, and the remaining fund balances
shall be transferred to the funds listed below:

Section 2. That the above transfer of $24,478.72 will be considered
full repayment of the 1977 $25,000 interfund loan from the General Cumulative
Reserve Fund to the City Hall Construction Fund.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and:be'in force five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.

of the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation and Code City, situate in
the County of King, State of Washington, do hereby certify that the fore-
going is a full, true and correct copy of ordinance No. 3603 of the
ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled "AN ORDINANCE-OTME CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGMN, TRANSFERRING $24,478.72 FROM FUND NO. 310 (CITY HALL

I certify that said Ordinance No. 3603 was duly passed by the Council
and approved by the Mayor of the said City of Auburn, on the 2nd jay of
FEBRUARY A.D., 19-21_.
I further certify that said ordinance No. 3603 was published as provided
by law in the Daily Globe News, a'daily newspaper published in the City of
Auburn, and of general circulation therein, on the 2nd day of FEBRUARY
A.D., 19-51--.
