" AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, RELATING TO AND PROVIDING FOR
THE VACATION OF STREET RIGHT-OF-MAY, SITUATED ON 20TH STREET SOUTHEAST
LYING WEST OF "F" STREET SOUTHEAST, AI4D SITUATED WITHIN THE CORPORATE
LIMITS OF THE CITY OF AUBURN.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Auburn, Washington, have passed
and adopted Resolution No. 1091, resolving that a public hearing shall be had
for the purpose of determining whether or not the hereinafter described street
right-of-way located on 20th Street Southeast lying west of "F" Street South-
east, within the corporate limits of the City of Auburn, shall be vacated, said
portion to be vacated being hereinafter legally described in Section 1 of this
Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, notice of public hearing to vacate the portion of a certain
street right-of-way located on 20th Street Southeast lying west of "F" Street
Southeast, within the corporate limits of the City of Auburn, in the time and
manner provided by law, giving notice that the hearing on said Resolution No.
1091 was held on the 16th day of June, 1980, at 8:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers
of the Auburn City Hall, no objections thereto were filed with the City Clerk or
presented to the City Council at said hearing; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, having deemefthat the petition for vacation
was proper and that no vested rights would be affected by the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described portion of a certain street
right-of-way situated on 20th. Street Southeast lying west of "F" Street Southeast,
within the corporate limits of the City of Auburn, Washington, and more particularly
described as follows:

That portion of the southwest quarter of the northeast
quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 19, Township
21 North, Range 5 EWM, described as follows:
The north 30 feet of'the.north 255 feet 6f the south
389.79 feet of the east 111.6 feet as recorded under
King County Auditors File,No. 6033484 and;
The north 30 feet-of the south 389.79 feet of the east
135 feet of the west one-half of said southwest quarter
less the east 23.5 feet asprecorded under King'County
Auditors File No. 6379503 and;

one-half said southwest quarter together with the west
88 feet of the south 389.79 feet of the east one-half of
said southwest quarter as recorded under King County
Auditors File No. 6379498 and;
The south 30 feet of the east one-half of the said southwest
quarter together with the east 135 feet of the west one-half
of said southwest quarter less the south 389.79 feet as
recorded under King County Auditors File No. 6073336. State
of Washington, County of King.
be and the same is hereby vacated, and the property lying in said portion of a
certain street right-of-way described hereinabove, shall be returned and belong
to the abutting property owners, of said portion of a certain street right-of-way
located on 20th Street Southeast lying west of "F" Street Southeast,lying within
the corporate limits of the City of Auburn.
Section 2. Upon the passage, approval and publication of this Ordinance,
the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this Ordinance to be recorded in
the office of the King County Auditor.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.

I, Coralee A. McConnehey, the duly appointed, qualified city clerk
of the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation and Code City, situate in
the County of King, State of Washington, do hereby certify that the fore-
going is a full, true and correct copy of ordinance No. 3605 of the
ordinances of the City of Auburn, entitled "AN ORDINANCE =M CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, RELATING TO AND PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY,
SITUATED ON 20TH STREET SOUTHEAST LYING WEST OF "F" STREET SOUTHEAST, AND SITUATED
WITHIN THE CORPORATE I.D=S OF THE CITY OF AUBURN."
I certify that said ordinance No. 3605 was duly passed by the Council
and approved by the Mayor of the said City of Auburn, on the 2nd day of
February A.D., 19 81 .
I further certify that said ordinance No. 3605 was published as provided
by law in the Daily Globe News, a daily newspaper published in the City of
Auburn, and of general circulation therein, on the 8th day of February
A.D., 19 81 .
