CERTAIN SECTIONS TO AUBURN CODIFIED CITY ORDINANCE 10.64 RELATING TO PARADES. ' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS fOLLOWS: , Section 1. Auburn Codified City Ordinance 10.54.040 Paragraph I, Section A, Section B Numbers 12 and 13, Section C, and Section D are hereby amended to read as follows: " . . "10.64.040 Permit -Application requirements. A person seek9ng issuance of 'a parade permit shall file an`application ~ , . , . . lN7ththE :,s„r.: r....,.,:~t_,. ' ' . ((Pd~lie .c,,.,~~,-~~)) Chief of Police on fo rms,.pro- vided by the Chief of Police." , • "A. Filing Period. An application for a parade permit shall be filed with the Chief of Police not less.than . ten days;nor,more,than thirty tlays before, the date on which it is proposed.to conduct the parade." , "B(12).- If tlie parade' is designed ;fo be held' tiy, and on behalf of or for, any person~ottier than the,appl;icant,'the'applicant for such permit . shall file wi,th the Chief of Police a communication in writing from the person proposing to hold the . parade, authorizing the appTicant to apply for a permit on his :behalf; and" : ' • "B(13). The Chief of'Police shall have the authority to revoke a parade permit'issued under this chapter upon application of the standards for issuance as set forth in this ' chapter." Section 5.
