Auburn Codified City Ordinance 10.54.040 Paragraph I, Section A, Section B Numbers 12 and 13, Section C, and Section D are hereby amended to read as follows: " . . "10.64.040 Permit -Application requirements. A person seek9ng issuance of 'a parade permit shall file an`application ~ , . , . . lN7ththE :,s„r.: r....,.,:~t_,. ' ' .
