Ay ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING AUBURN CODIFIED CITY
ORDINANCE N0. 2.63.140 RELATING TO VACATION-SCHEDULING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURy, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Auburn Codified City Ordinance 2.63.140, which reads
as follows:
"Vacation-Scheduling.
Vacations shall be taken at a time mutually agreed upon
between the department head and the employee. Department
heads shall take their vacations at a time mutually agreed
upon between themselves and the mayor. The minimum vacation
allowance to be taken by an employee shall be one day or one
duty shift for fire department employees."
is hereby amended to read as follows:
2.63.140 Vacation - Scheduling.
Vacations shall be taken at a time mutually agreed upon between
the department head and the employee. Department heads shall take their vacations
at a time mutually agreed upon between themselves and the mayor. The minimum
vacation allowance to be taken by an employee shall be one-half day or one
duty shift for fire department employees.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five
(5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
