AN ORDINAPJCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, ESTABLISHING A CITY HALL
CONSTRUCTION FUND TO 8E K;JOWfJ AS FUND N0. 310 AND TRAIVSFERRING THE SUM
OF $50,000 FROM FUND N0. 105 (GEPdERAL CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUUD) TO SAID
CITY HALL CONSTRUCTION FUVD.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TNE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTO;V, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is herewith established a new fund to be known as
the "City Hall Construction Fund No. 310" for the purpose of accounting for all
expenditures and receipts from the federal grant monies received from the United
States Department of Commerce for the construction of a new City Hall, for the
City of Auburn.
Section 2. There is herewith transferred from Fund 105 (General Cumulative
Reserve Fund) the sum of $50,000.00 to Fund 310, to be used as an operating advance
for the construction of the new City Hall.
Such advance vaill be returned to said Fund 105 upon the completion of the
new City Hall.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five
(5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
