' ' ORDINANCE N0. 3 1 5 4 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING AUBl1RN CITY ORDINANCE ' N0. 3037 (DECEMBER 15, 1975) AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE N0. 3107,(AUGUST 16, 1976) SAID ORDINANCES HAVING ADOPTED THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF AUBURN FOR THE YEAR A. D. 1976, BY AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF CERTAIN MONIES OF THE CERTAIN CITY FUNDS AS HEREINAFTER SET FORTH. WHEREAS, the City of Auburn City Council adopted the budget for the City of Auburn for the year A. D. 1976 in Auburn City Ordinance No. 3037 (December 15, 1975) as amended by Auburn City Ordinance No. 3107 (August 16, 1976), and WHEREAS, exigencies and unanticipated financial revenues and obligations now make necessary the amendment of Ordinance No. 3037 and 3107 to authorize the Auburn Finance Director to transfer monies into funds hereinafter set forth: NOW, THEREFORE, WHEREAS, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURPJ DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Auburn Finance Director is authorized and directed to appropriate in the 1976 Auburn city budget the additional amount of $5,000 into fund 112 (Golf Course Cumu7ative Reserve Fund), to pay for additional debt service on General Obligation Bonds. (The amount appropriated had been borrowed from fund 408 (Sewer Cumulative Reserve Fund) as approved by the Auburn City Council action October 4, 1976. Section 2. The Auburn Finance Director is authorized and directed to appropriate in the Auburn 1976 budget the additional amount of $10,550 into fund 115 (WIN Reimbursable Fund). (The amount appropriated had been received from the State of Washington for additional employees employed under the NIIN and CETA programs). Section 3. The Auburn Finance Director is authorized and directed to appro- priate in the Auburn 1976 budget the additional amount of $14,900 into fund 119 (Housing and Community Development Fund). (The amount had been received from the King County Department of Planning and Community Development for additional payments to the King County Housing Program). A public emergency necessary for the protection of public health, public safety, public property, or public peace, is herewith declared, and this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage by the majority plus one of the whole city council.
