AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, aMENDING AUBURN CITY ORDINANCE
3153 (PASSED JANUARY 17, 1977), ESTABLISHING A CITY HALL'CONSTRUGTIQN
FUiJD TO 3E KNOWN AS FUND N0. 310.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 2 of Auburn City Ordinance vo. 3153, passed
January 17, 1977, which reads as follows:
"There is herewith transferred from Fund 105 (General
Cumulative Reserve Fund) the sum of $50,000.00 to Fund 310,
to be used as an operating advance for the construction of
the new City Hall."
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 2. There is herewith transferred from Fund 105 (General Cumulative
Reserve Fund) the sum of $100,000.00 to Fund 310, to be used as an operating advance
for the construction of the new City Hall."
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five
(5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.

as provided by Zaw in the Auburn Globe News, a weekly newspaper published
in the City of Auburn, and of general circulation therein, on the 25th
day of MarCh , A.D., 19 77 .
