AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURiV, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
AiJBURN FINANCE DIRECTOR TO APPROPRIATE THE AMOUNT OF $68,946.00
FROM AU3URN FUidD N0. 198 - ANTI-RECESSION FISCAL ASSISTANCE FUND
TO BE ALLOCATED FOR VARIOUS EXPENDITURES AS SET FORTH IN THE BODY
OF THIS ORDINANCE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGT4N, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Auburn Finance Director is herewith authorized and
directed to appropriate the amount of $68,946.00 from Auburn Fund No. 198 - Anit-
Recession Fiscal Assistance Fund to be allocated for the following expenditures
and purposes, to-wit:
Overtime and supplies required for police aid courses------- $ 1,792.00
Wages, including benefits, for rehired employee------------- 14,394.00
1/3 prior admin. costs for PERS-------------- $ 1,128.00
Current year requirement for PERS -
unfunded liability for active personnel----- 6,000.00
Current year requirement for PERS -
unfunded liability for inactive personnel--- 24,000.00
$ 31,128.00
LESS amount budgeted for 1977---------------- 18,128.00
13,000.00
Increased costs of 7 months medical insurance,
less $7,800.00 budgeted------------------------------------ 14,870.00
Capital requirements for equipment replacement
(actual need is $26,090.00; can only appropriate---------- 24,890.00
TOTAL-------------------------------------------------- $ 68,946.00
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
