HomeMy WebLinkAbout4321 e 1 ORDINANCE N0. 4 3 2 1 2 AN ORDINANCE Of THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING CHAPTER 13.20 3 OF AUBURN C_ITY GODE, SECTION 13.20.440 ENTITLED FEES AND CHARGES TO INGORPORATE TFIE METRO RATE INCREASE AND TO PROVIDE PRIVATE 4 SYSTEM CHARGES. 5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : 6 Section 1. The purpose of this Amendment is to incorporate a rate increase 7 by �4etro for 1989 sewer charges into the monthly sewer rate for Auburn resi- 8 dents. The Amendment also sets a separate charge for properties which are on 9 a private system, not connected to the Gity sewer system. 10 Section 2. Said 12 allowance shall be upon application and with appropriate justification that 13 additional surtuner usage does not enter the sewer system. 14 Non-single family accounts without City water service shall be ch8rged at 15 the applicable above inside the City or outside the City rate per 100 cubic 16 feet after the minimum 900 cubic feet. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administra- 2 tive procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this 3 legislation. 4 Section 6.
