2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING SUBSECTION (C) OF
SECTION 19 OF AUBURN CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2401 (NOVEMBER 3, 1969), AS
3 AMENDED BY AUBURN CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2603 (DECEMBER 6, 1971), PERTAINING
TO THE APPOINTMENT OF CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE ON COMMITTEES AND THE
4 POWERS THEREOF BY REQUIRING SAID COMMITTEE ON COMMITTEES TO MEET AS
NEEDED COMMENCING WITH THE FIRST REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
5 IN FEBRUARY, 1988.
6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
7 Section 1. Subsection (C) , Section 19 of Auburn City Ordinance
8 No. 2401 (November 3, 1969), as amended by Auburn City Ordinance No. 2603
9 (December 6, 1971) pertaining to the appointment of City Council Committee on
10 Committees and the powers thereof, is hereby amended to read as follows, to-wit:
11 (C) Meeting Dates. The Auburn City Council Committee on Committees shall
12 meet (( )) as needed commencing with the
13 first regular Auburn City Council Meeting in (( . )) February, 1988.
14 Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administra-
1 5 tive procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this
16 legislation.
17 Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
18 from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
