for and in consideration of Mutual Benefits to be derived by the parties hereto,
conveys and quitclaims to THE CITY OF AUBURN, a Municipal Corporation in
King County, Washington (Grantee herein), the following described real estate,
situated in the County of King, State of Washington.

This deed is given under the threat of and in lieu of Eminent Domain.

Manager and of said limited liability company for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned, and on oath stated that he was duly elected, qualified and acting as said
