Special Exception Submittal Requirements
The following information shall be included with the Master Land Use Application:
? Master Land Use Application. 10 copies
? All applicable fees (See City of Auburn Fee Schedule).
? 10 copies of a site plan showing the following information:
a. Adjacent street(s).
b. Boundaries and dimensions of site.
c. Location of buildings.
d. Location of parking areas.
e. Location of feature needing the special exception.
? 10 copies of a written explanation answering the following questions:
a. Please describe in detail your request for a Special Exception.
b. Please describe why you feel the Special Exception should be issued and related
your answer to the criteria found in Section 18.70.020(B) and/or Section
18.54.060(G)(H) of the Zoning Code.
Additional information may be required. The applicant will be notified in writing if additional
information is necessary.
Please note: This application requires a public hearing before the City of Auburn Hearing
Examiner.
