This RELINQUISHMENT OF EASEMENT is executed by the City of Auburn, a
Municipal Corporation of King County, (the "City") as authorized pursuant to Auburn City
Code (ACC) 12.04.050.
WHEREAS the City has an existing sanitary sewer easement for the purpose of an
8 inch gravity sewer, 4 inch force main and pump station crossing that certain property in
Auburn, Washington known as Assessor's Tax parcel
# 052005-6014 and # 052005-2039, Pierce County, Washington, which existing sanitary
sewer easement is recorded under Pierce County Recording No. 200106040368
(the "Easement").
WHEREAS the City has determined that this Easement is in excess of City needs
and should be relinquished.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City hereby:
1. Relinquishes, vacates and forever abandons this Easement, Recording
No. 200106040368, described on Exhibit A and B, attached hereto and by this
reference made a part hereof.
