to the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington, 14 streetlights,
and all appurtenances associated with the Vintage Hills VI Plat within the right-of-way of
the boundaries of Vintage Hills VI referred to as the Plat of Vintage Hills VI. Situated
within the following described real property, located in King County:
