Hills 6, LLC do/does by these presents hereby convey, setover, assign, transfer and warrant
to the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington, 5 streetlights,
and all appurtenances associated with the Vintage Hills VII Plat within the right-of-way of
the boundaries of Vintage Hills VII referred to as the Plat of Vintage Hills VII. Situated
within the following described real property, located in King County:

R.SE., W.M. King County, Washington, Recording Number 20030826001336,
Recorded in Volume 215 of Plats, Pages 94-98, Records of King County,

above conveyed; that it has full power to convey the same and that it will defend the title of
